Peer Review Process

The JAP Editorial Board consists of eight members who are scholars and experts active in their fields. When a paper is submitted, it is assigned to an editorial board member who specializes in the field most relevant to the paper's area. If a Board member decides that the paper meets the JAP criteria, the paper will be sent for peer review, otherwise the Board may reject manuscripts that do not meet these conditions.
Research papers are subject to peer review by at least two independent experts. The editorial board selects recognized experts in the field to review the paper. Editorial board members then evaluate the reviewers' comments and make the final decision to accept or reject the paper.
In the event of a dispute between reviewers, the Editorial Board will recommend an additional reviewer to make the final decision
